Lawyers need to stop making typography mistakes! Matthew Butterick's manifesto that every lawyer should read is just $40 on Amazon (link). The main issue? Lawyers use typography styles meant for typewriters, not because it makes the documents easier to read.

I talk a lot about enforcement on this blog and the The Fashion Law has a great post about how brands should focus on their logistics. Generally, the people who hurt us aren't strangers and this applies to trademarks too - the person whose mostly likely to steal your brand is someone you've done business with so that's where enforcement needs to start.
