My name is Kate Montgomery and I'm an Associate Attorney at the Ideas Law Firm, PLLC. I received my J.D. degree from the Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law with a Certificate in Intellectual Property. While in law school, I received Distinction for Highest Pro Bono service. I'm licensed to practice with the State Bar of Arizona.

I've worked with domestic and global clients in various industries on intellectual property portfolio management, including domestic and international trademark prosecution, trademark enforcement, copyright filings, and business & non-profit counselling. Trademark enforcement includes civil and administrative legal proceedings, including representing clients in front of the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board (TTAB).
